Thank you! My daughter lost her engagement ring in the last east coast snow!

She was photographing her ring on a snowy branch when this large branch felt to the ground.
This launched the ring into the snow. We are glad she was not struck by the branch!

I found what appears to be a large heavy metal ( copper,brass ?) that actually looks like a button but the holes in the front do not go all the way through. It is about 2 1/4 inches in diameter. There are no markings but on the underside it looks like it may have clamped onto something,

I found an old scale that weighs in dkg and kg it seems to be iron or steel...only has the name Noris printed on both sides of scale in the center of an upside down horseshoe symbol engraved and under that it says 24K chr seems to be some type of antique scale to weigh gold I\'m guessing. Anyone have any idea?! Can\'t find this exact one on Google anywherw
