My 8 year old girl wont go to bed, she say's she is scared and is completely clingy. She waits at the top of the stairs and says I need to check on her and threatens me that I need to give her things otherwise she wont go to sleep. I teach pilates at my house and she wont even go to bed for that so she ends up coming down stairs and ruining my class. I am not sure what to do. She seems very anxious and just wont go to sleep until sometimes the early hours. My son is 4 and he is fine at going to bed and asleep at the right time. Please help.
