Any advice on how to stop my toddler from continually getting out of bed at night ? She gets up every night - sometimes as many as 8-10 times and everyone is tired. We have tried all sorts, being firm, Checked she's warm enough, gave her a cuddle etc but nothing seems to be working. Grateful for any advice from someone who has had a similar problem.

How old is the toddler? have you tried putting special little teddies on the bed, or even leaving a night light on in the bedroom so its not so dark and also leaving the door open a fraction, so he/she doesn't feel lonely.
