We have a 2 and half year old boy, who is not adjusting to kindergarten. He screams loudly if anyone of the other kids touch him or even try to shake hands with him. He is our first child. Even with elders he does not know, he behaves in the same way. We would like him to mix up with other kids and be friendly with everyone.

He is very very stubborn, and does not listen to what we try to explain to him. If we dont do what he says e incessantly repeats it louder and louder until we agree to him.

What can we do teach him to be friendly with everyone and not to scream at other kids? We want him to understand what is right and what is wrong.

2 and a half year olds are not designed to be sociable. They are selfcentred, unreasonable and possesive (making your son perfectly normal). Social skills will come later, let him develop them in his own time.
