Hi i know what your going through i had the same problem with my partner he only sees his two boys twice a week,all i can suggest is that the weekends he has his girls while spending some of it with you and your two he also spends time with just him and his girls on their own that way he feels that he's spent quality time with them and won't feel so guilty. it worked for me!!!!!
