weaning

Hi all,

I have been weaning my 6 month old daughter since she was 4 months old and everything seemed to be going really well until recently and she now is refusing to have the food i am offering her and only taking her bottles.

can anyone offer me any advice on what to do?????????

Re: weaning

Have you tried sitting her with you at your mealtimes? It worked for my little one (he was a bit older though - I think 8 months). For weaning purposes it's easier to feed then when you have no other distractions, but offering a tiny taste of food at grown up times makes all the difference and they learn about family meal routines. By the time he was a year old my son was enjoying salads with me every lunchtime.

Good luck
