Are there any other foster carers looking at this site?

I am a parent and a foster carer and last Thursday had a call from my support worker to say that an allegation had been made against myself and my partner and the child that we had in placement was to be 'removed' the next day.

Our support worker tells us that she is unable to tell us what the allegation is and that an investigating social worker (who has already been allocated) will contact us in due course. As yet - no response. We are climbing the walls with worry. They have removed a 2 1/2 year old with chicken pox to a place and people he doesn't know from somewhere he considers to be his home (since he was 17 months old) and from who he considers to be his family.

Has enyone else been in this situation. We promise we have done nothing untoward.
