Re: play

I went to college for my Early childhood Development Diploma. I took a course called Learning Through Play. Play is the one things that children can control when they are little and when they play they learn all kinds of skills that they use in adulthood. They can play doctor, house, grocery store, etc. They experiment with different adult roles when they play these things. Play can also be books and puzzles where they engage their mind to problem solve. Children learn by doing and play is essence my opinion a child's job.

Hi Dawn,
Thankyou for your reply, would you mind if I asked you a few questions? (regarding play and it's importance within primary schools)
