Is 1500mls of fluid considered excessive for a 22 month old child to be drinking per day?

what kind of fluid is it? If it is water, let him drink away. But if it is drinks with sugars in it, i would cut it back a lil

My son also drinks alot in a day. I talked to his doctor about it and they say as long as it's not all sugary drinks they are fine. Mine will drink water, milk, juice, cool aid, or capri suns all day. Sometimes having 2 sippies in 15 mins. So relax, it's ok..

well if your child has excess thirst and hunger or urinates more then usual, i would get him checked out by your physician
