8 month's old and won't sleep for more than 2 hours at a time
I am at the end of my tether? I haven't slept in 8 Months. My wife is knackered, and up most of the night. Our son is an angel during the day and happy. At night he falls asleep at 7:30 then wakes every 2 hours, we have tried controlled crying and nothing changes except the neighbours can't sleep either. We have a set routine in place of bathtime, suppertime, read and bed. friends have suggested alsorts but nothing seems to work. HELP

Hiya, I have an 8 month old daughter so I slightly understand what you are going through!
The key is routine.
Does your baby have solids yet? if so, maybe think about dropping a day time bottle, we done this and replaced it with a fruit snack (dropped 4pm bottle) dinner at 5pm bath at 7pm bottle at 7.30pm then bed and she sleeps through until 8am.
Does your little one have a soother? Maybe they want comfort in the night?
Another thing to consider is if you baby is still in your room, they maybe getting disturbed by you in the night?
