I hate the fact that this child is in a middle of a custady battle and pray that. He will not be affected. Anyone with any advice please chime in this is a very long and complicated issue. That may end in court Thursday.

have read your message three time please correct me if i have this wrong, i am taking it your stepfather is not very well mentaly? if he is no blood relation to the child than should he be sleeping in the same bed as her? as a mother my gut tells me that is wrong! it has got to be better for a child to sleep in her/his own bed. you must be very worrried about this whole thing! make sure the court knows about your worries, if your stepfather is mentaly ill should he be around children? is it safe?

That's exactly how I feel but they have a chance at custudy.I just don't know about my stepfather much something is wrond and he does have to take medician, Socialy weird when talking and extremely plays with children almost like he's one himself. I don't know who my mother is anymore and think she somehow is somewhat brain wash. I am not sure that my brother will win but my mother and step dad may get some kind of visitation with over night stays and that part worries me. ps my trouble maker sister who has been a terrible person is on my mothers side. My mother is saying and acting like the most wonderful counrty sweet mother. So her friends have really come to bat for her in the case but they don't know her possive and controling otherside.

ps my mother has some in with social service and they of couse take her side

i really feel for you you must do all you can to keep this child safe. i keep my fingers crossed for you please let me know the out come

Thanks for the concern Debbie well the court case was delayed but we did really well with the agree ment that was made between both sides. The child (a boy by the way)was appointed a lawyer by the state and the lawyer really was on are side and also felt concerned some I think. They get wednesday nights and one over night stay but my sister(childs mother) has to be there with my mom and step dad for that over night. Social services were terrible through out this whole deal. They mainly were on thier side but we think my mother has an inn in socail services there. Which we will get to the bottom of.:-) now I may be able to sleep some.

This doesnt seem like an issue of a child sleeping with a parent, at all....a much bigger issue and I only hope that this man doesnt get to keep this child.
While my daughter still wants to sleep with me and I often allow it....what you have mentioned is WRONG!

Just to make sure I understand....the child is sleeping with gradma and grandpa? I dont see anything wrong with this. Do you have reason to believe this is done in a bad way or for a bad reason?

Does she also sleep in the Uncles bed who is looking to adopt her, and become dad?
