Are you a Teen Mum? Has becoming a parent changed your life? Has it been a lot harder than you thought, or has it been everything you dreamed it would be?

If you are under 17 years old, have already had a baby or are currently
pregnant then we want to hear from you.

It's a chance for you to share your experience with other young Mums, dispel some of the stereo-types about 'Teenage Mums', and learn some valuable skills.
