change in sleeping and feeding habbits!

hi all !!

my 5 month old son has been a very good sleeper from about 3 weeks old (im talking about 13-14 hours at a time in the night) BUT all of a sudden he has started waking up at about 1am and its now happening every night.

he has a bottle as well but about 2 ounces into it he loses interest and refuses to eat any more.

then on other times he just starts laughing and doesnt seem to be bale to stop himself. i have tryed not looking at him whilt he is eating (just incase im pulling faces i dont know about). but that still doesnt work ??

he is having 3 meals a day and 28 - 32ish ounces of milk!?!?!?

anythign to be worried about and what can i do about this 1am thing (if anything)??

thanks for your help in advance !

Re: change in sleeping and feeding habbits!

It is normal. Many babies sleep through the night in the first few months and then wake up a few times per night.

Easy solution is co-sleeping. This way he feels secure and less likely to wake up. And, you are right there so you don't have to get out of bed and both of you will go back to sleep more easily.
