I wonder if anyone can give me any information/past experiences/advice about these hypnotherapy courses. I am expecting my second baby and after a horrendous 40 hour labour with my son I'm desperately trying to look for a way to ease the pain somewhat!
there was quite a large feature article on hypnobirthing in an old issue of Melbourne's Child magazine (a free Australian mag)perhaps you could get hold of it or ask the publisher or website because it had quite a lot of positive things to say-it seems like a great system to use, takes a lot of the pain and frustration away it seems. Or else you could try a google search for some more info,
