Cant say that I have come across this but here is my opinion. Firstly is he out of nappies day and night? If not then keep the nappies on using all in one vests (if he is taking nappy off to urinate). Secondly is he doing it deliberately or accidentally. He may not realise that it is nasty to lay in it. Have you made him aware of this? He may need to go back into nappies if he is just out of them. He is young yet to be dry day and night - maybe it is just too early.

Thanks for your reply.Most of the time he is wilth nappies.Once a while if we forget to put nappie it is happening.If we say dont do, he will stop for that time.I am not sure, but I am suspecting some minaral is lacking in his body, Thats why he may attracting to that smell .
