My 2 year old wakes up every night around two or three in the morning for some milk, he is very persistent and won´t take a no for an answer, and will wake up all the family. He has dinner just before bed so he is very full when he falls sleep. Any sugestions?
Water down his milk gradually over several nights so that eventually you are just offering white water! He will soon work out that its not worth it. If he cries at this change just say that its the milk that has changed and you cant do anything. Alternatively just say NO and put up with a grumpy screaming child for a few nights. You will power CAN be stronger than his. Good Luck
