I would say that is personally up to you you are his mum. Speaking professionally, research shows that offering too wide a choice in the younger years just confuses them but how much is too much? everyone has different ideas don't they. I think that giving a child a choice for example 'would you like to play with your cars or your lego is quite acceptable' But i don't know your child and the little angels are all so different. hope this helped
