Hi,

I feel that children have to have very firm bounderies set and they will costantly test those bounderies. Kids like to explore and see how much they can get away with. You have to teach them that this behavior is not okay and that there will be consequences when they act out. Let them know what behavior is not okay and then let them know what teh consequence is. Consequences can be not playing with a favorite toy, time-out in a corner, going to bed early. Once you show them that you are serious and you are consistent with your consequences, they will start to listen. Talk with your childrens teachers and find out if they are willing to work with you. Teachers usually want to promote good behavior in thier students. Good luck to you.
