Hi. My son was a late toilet trainer too. I finally started a reward chart. Everytime he used the toilet correctly we would put a sticker on the chart. And at the end of three stickers (at first) he would get a little prize (I bought a bunch of knick knacks from the dollar store). If he had an accident I would just tell him we'll try next time. It was like a surprise everytime he got it right. He caught on very quickly and soon was excited about putting on the stickers by himself. After a while we moved it to a prize every 5 stickers then 7 stickers until he got bored, but was trained! I hope this gives you some ideas. Good luck!
