You should also try to get as much done the night before as possible - she should really only have to get get up, get dressed (clothes laid out the night before), eat breakfast, brush teeth and make bed before its coats on tme. Just get into a routine. I also think that she is old enough for there to be consequences for her being late - ie 3 late mornings and a consequence - eg no tv, treats etc - I'm a firm believer in 'choose the behaviour, choose the consequence' maybe sit down with her and draw up an agreement for the mornings when she is not frustrated and annoyed/annoying. If she knows the penalty she may not behave badly - after all we all have to get up in the morning as much as we may not like it. Lets face it - I like my bed as well. I shoudl change it now before she is too big to pull out if bed - apparently teenagers are a nightmare. Good luck
