Thanks for signing my guestbook! I appreciate it!
Please know that even though I may not always personally respond, I take every single guestbook entry to heart. I am often very tired or feeling sick in the hospital, but I read each and every message.

I have crohn's too but my symptoms and the severity is nothing compared to what you went through before the transplant. Your case is inspiring thanks for blogging it. I hope you do well and stay in remission for an extremely long time. Sorry to here about the problems you experience from the prednisone and other meds. good luck!! |

I have looked at your site more than once. I am right now just about ready to have a the same treatment that had. I am waiting for one more approvial to be able to be one of few people to have it done in Canada. From reading your site it has given me the strength that I will need to be able to do this. Thank you for all the information that you gave to me through your site. |

Hey Jordan! I think your website is genius! I'm so glad to have seen your journal because I was wondering about Stem Cell Transplants with Crohn's disease (which I've had since I was about 8 - i'm not 20). The journal is great because it lets me and others know exactly what one's up for through the whole process. Anyway, I want to say thank you, and on another note - one of your journal entries mentioned that you saw a frog out the window one day when you came back to your room in the hospital. My mom has a friend who knows another lady that collects frogs and such because she came up with the phrase - FROG, Fully Relying On Gd! I thought that was cute, and if you've never heard of it before, it's pretty neat! I hope that you're feeling well :) You've helped so many people just with your website in itself! |

Jordan, I was reading your crohns story and found my self talking back to you. I have been married to my husband who is a Crohns patient as well for 4 years now and I have learned alot about the disease I once never knew existed. Scott is going to a appt tomorrow to discuss the stem cell process. I am tagging along like I always do so I can get the scoop on him and what is going on. I hope you feel better and that you keep your head held high. I will keep you in my prayers like I do all Scott's other "crohnies". ~Amy Roy |

Micah is 11 yrs. old now (2007) he was diagnosed in 2004. He has been suffering without relief of his symptoms since 2005 and on Nov. 2, 2007 we are heading to Duke to find out what treatment options they can offer. Micah is coming home from the hospital (in Charleston) today (10/19/07) and I plan to show him your site so he can see what you've gone through. Letely he's began wondering if he will ever feel normal again. |
