I am impressed by your plan. I think african people and the entire international community have here a clear plan to work with. At one moment of their life people must take the responsibility of taking charge of their destiny and this plan just offer them that. It is all about mobilization and I agree with you that too many programs have ignored to involve the people themselves to drive development and many have just thought on behalf of the people, on providing (food) and so on, instead of using the energy of the same people to leverage their poor contries economies. I also think that financially, African can also play a big role. People who have migrated sent back to their families something like $300 billion dollars per year, more than the aid to development.
