If the antennas are fed with 50 ohms, a parallel stacking harness is made from 75 ohm coax cut to 1/4 wavelength ( co-phase harness). Use the electrical velocity wavelength of the coax used. As for the stacking, it depends on the gain of the antenna. There are complicated formulas but they work best with long boom antennas.
