Many of us are already fixing our own communities. It's not about sorting out what somebody else is doing on the corner or two blocks away. Change begins with changing oneself.

I think we need to start taking responsibility for our own wellbeing. we need to work on ourselves 1st then our families then you will find fixing our communities will not be a problem
