were currently creating Silver Jewellery 2u a specialist silver jewellery site and we're trying to determine if silver body jewellery is an active market (weve traditionally sold contemporary silver but not body jewellery) what are the best sites and best pieces out there

In our experience .925 sterling silver body jewellery is not particularly popular.

I think the reason for that is the fact that rhodium plated jewellery looks just as nice (in fact it is a bit shinier than silver and doesn't tarnish as easily) but is quite a lot less expesive.

rhodium is the same material as is used to plate white gold jewellery, if you are interested there is an artical about it on our site.
