Hi I am really concerned about my daughter who will be three in November. She has developed this thing of not wanting to wear her panties. This started in the beginning of summer, she doesn't even stand the elastic of trousers round her waist or anything in the form of panties, trousers even skirts. When I dress her up in a dress she brings it up to her chest and walks around with her tummy bare. At first I thought that she had an infection that's why she she wouldn't tolerate panties. yesterday she took out all her panties and started trying them on one by one, and as she went along she was saying, "this is not good, this isn't good either" etc. Is this a phase or is it the beginning of a serious condition?
