Hi. You are probably very tired. Hopefully you are ok. For your child, arrange some things for the weekend for him to look forward to. Go to playgrounds more and spend the time doing what your child wants. Take a football to play in a field for a few hours. Go for a walk to feed some birds or ducks. Go swimming with your child. Get a bedtime routine with two bedtime stories but if your child does not undress / brush teeth etc then say there will only be one story.
