I had a fall out with my 14 year old daughter a month ago. I found out she'd been bullying someone and making nuisance phone calls to another girls house (the police paid us a visit but luckily its not going any further).
We began to argue and I slapped her (wrong I know) - she slapped me back so I slapped her again. She threatened to call the police - she didn't but she went to her dad's and I haven't seen her for a month - how long can she carry this on for? I miss her and am worried her dad is turning her against me (he resents the fact that I divorced him). Has anyone's kids left home like this? How long for and how did you make it up - if at all?
