my three year old has recently started punching and smacking himself in the face if he gets told not to do something he doesnt want to do or getting told off for silly behaviour! i am getting rather worried that he is going to hurt himself! even his nursery have spoke to me about it as they are getting worried too! i thought maybe he wanted the attention so ignored it but he still carrys on, whether i ignore him, try to stop him, or just tell him hes going to hurt himself! i cnt do anything to stop him. anyone had this problem before or just got some advice???????????
