My 10yr old girl does not manage her time well. She tends to leave homework to the last minute. Going to bed each night is a struggle as she needs lots of reminding and telling. It is getting really frustrating.

Does she have some sort of routine? Like do your homework right after school or supper. Or, every night at the same time you read a book and then its bedtime. If routine isn't the problem, then maybe she needs a chart that has a list of what is expected of her. For example: do homework, brush teeth, put on pajamas, read, go to sleep. As she goes through the list she can check stuff off as they get done and if she is able to do everything on the list without constant reminders, then treat her. Like icecream after school or something.
