I have a four year old son who is very interested in bras, women's chests, women's privates, etc ... I don't think it has anything to do with him wanting to become a woman but more so with him developing a male sexuality. I know it's so young but raising kids I've seen how early it does come. Boys get embarassed and excited when they see something that has to do with women's private areas. It's part of natural development.
