My 6 year old daughter has destructive outburts. She is lovely 90% of the time and then something triggers a reaction to be very unkind and break things/ destroy things. This happens about 5 times a day. She cannot tell me where the 'spike' comes from. I am worried she is deeply unhappy but I don't know why. It is starting to create a void - her brother is a constant and she is rocking the family boat, even though I try and hold her steady.
