my son who is 6 kicks and screams and crys until hes blue in the face every single night when i tell him its bed time.... he goes to bed at 8oclock on school nights and i ease that off at the weekends to be fair on him. on the week nights he crys and crys saying he doesnt want to go to bed and sometimes even refuses to up the stairs.... hes afraid of alot of things eg the dark etc so i let him have the light on to give him peace of mind but even this is not making it any easier, he does eventually fall asleep but most of the time he wakes up screaming and sweating and when i ask him whats wrong he says nothing and goes back to sleep again then in the morning when i mention it to him he cant remember a thing! its very stressful because im exhausted to as i barely get any sleep over this.... does anyone have a soloution?
