behavour problem at prep

my child goes to prep and for the last few months every time i pick her up it is a different problem.the teacher has told me that she will say to a child that she does not want to play with them and preferes to just play one on one when she is playing .One of the children she has said this to does not want to go to school .although some things are happening to my child to she does not tell tales to the teacher.PLEASE ALL HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED .

Re: behavour problem at prep

The teacher should respect the wish of your daughter. Every child's preferences is rooted in real need based on her unique way to developing. She must follow her own inner voice.

Re: Re: behavour problem at prep

If your child is happy then let them play with who they want to play with and be proud of raising an asserstive child. Its the teachers problem not your childs.

Re: behavour problem at prep

I totally agree with Ellie and Terry.
The only problem might be if the other girl wants to play with someone else and your daughter doesn't want her to. She has to understand that she has to be flexible and maybe play on her own if the other child wants to play with someone else.
