i have a 16mth old daughter who up until the last week or so use to sleep until 7.30 ish straight through, she has now decided it is fun to wake at 5.30! she has black out blinds , she goes bed at 7pm , has one nap a day in the morning .. any suggestions would be useful... from a very tired mummy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dr. Aldort suggest that you go to sleep earlier to get more sleep. You cannot change when your child wakes up. Instead, adjust yourself to the new reality. Nothing stays the same ever.
I pushed my children's bedtime to that of mine when they were little, this way I went to sleep at the same time and got enough sleep because I slept ALL the hours they slept.
