My daughter who is 21 months has just been diagnosed with Cows milk intolerance. After months and months of taking her back and forth to the doctors about her constant cold, high temperatures, screaming through the nights in pain I finally have an answer!
I've been told to cut anything containing milk out of her diet, which is pretty much everything!
I just wondered if anyone else was familiar with this and/or knows any good websites about substitutes, other than soya as she can't have that either!
