my 6 year old son is on report at school because he cant sit still on the carpet ,interrupts constantly and makes all the other children laugh he is doing well at everything else but at home he talks to me and his dad like we are his friends we have tried to talk about this but he dosnt seem to listen neither at home or school.he will often make silly noises when spoken to about his behaviour and just dosnt seem to care has anyone experienced this or have any suggestions.
