I have a 3 and a half y.o son, Jesse who is OBSESSED with his *ahem* penis.
He always plays with it and is holding it constantly.
Is this just a phase ?

Yes mine did and it is a phase. I just spoke to him gently that it is best handled in private not in front of others. The fascination will pass, well hopefully

Yes this is quite normal, the best thing is to ignore and not make an issue out of it
