when i have had an issue getting my two year old to take medication i buy a mars drink for him and the meds to it. i dont tell him what i'm doing and i certainly dont let him see, i just present him with the drink in his favourate beaker and he thinks he's getting a real traet. i have used home made fruit milk shakes and he loves them too. maybe it'll work for you, hope so.
