my 7 year old daughter keeps ignoring what i say to her, she constantly answers me back and is also constantly horrid to her 5 year old sister, she keeps hurting her on purpose the other day she head-butted her twice because she wouldnt give her the ball. im really worried that shes seriously going to hurt her. its been like this for a couple of years now and im at the end of my tether and need help please.

Time Out!! when your daughter misbehaves put her in a boring room in the house like the laundry with no tv, toys or books for 7 minutes. One warning then time out. Be consistent and don't back down. If she yells, ignore her, don't let her out till she has done her time. If she comes out put her back in and double her time. When she comes out in a calm way explain why the behaviour is not on and get her to apologise.

You might have to do this several times a day at first but things will improve if you are consistent and don't back down. Just see it through and it works.
