My daughter has just started in secondary school. She is in a different class from most of the pupils in her previous school (they have all been scattered) and is finding it all quite stressful. She is shy and not particularly good at making new friends. She is not great at PE and the kind who sometimes gets left alone. Can anyone help?

i dont know if youve already tried enrolling your daughter in any kind of activity,i found a drama workshop and it worked wonders for my daughter,it improved her self confidence and pushed her into talking to new kids.
