my daughter used to sleep through the night until just recently. Now she wakes up at 12.30am, 4.30am and 5.30am for no apparent reason. On one occasion she woke up at1.30am and did not settle again until 6.45am.
There are a few possible reasons as to why 1) that there was a thunderstorm in the night a few weeks aso and she woke up terrified. We brought her into our bed whilst the storm raged and then returned her to her bed. 2) we are in the process of building an extension and although we try to keep the disruption to a minimum i cant help but worry if this is effecting her.
How can We help her get back to sleep at night and stay that way??
