Father's sword question
Is it true Father's sword on NQII v. King Terask II does insane damage? I heard that it did...

I've heard it does 160 damage, on average. You can test it out in your next game. |

Rohane scores a critical hit! Rohane takes 22 damage from King Terask's energy shield! The spirit of Rohane's father lashes out against King Terask! Rohane slashes King Terask for 143 damage! It works quite good on evil |

Yep, it does about 160 on avg. i've seen someone test it. BUT what I want to know is- i've also heard the rumor that if you use it against KT2 in InSaNe, you're guaranteed to get SoRF...... is that true? And what about Evil!? Guaranteed ToT?  Seriously though, i just heard the rumor for InSaNe... anyone know if it's true? Anyone USE FSword on InSaNe and NOT get SoRF??

I heard you are NOT garentueed a SoRF when you beat him with Fathers Sword, and that is probably true |

 hmm... well, until i hear of someone NOT getting SoRF w/ father's sword, i'm not going to use it! but i got beaten by zombom first try on insane, so i'm not going back until i've played evil a few more times lol

oh ang, i sold it in the beggingin of chapter 5 caus ei never knew about this....o well, next game ill keep it. But do u have to score a critical hit to get it to work? |

somebody in the forums of neo said father's sword now does 100dmg max, is THIS true, cos when i beat evil 3 days ago, it really does 100dmg when rohane scores a critical hit, even with critical hits and dmg+ maxed. im not on terror mt insane, and im NOT bringing a 100dmg sword into the battle of kt2 compared with the skill boost from other weps |

About the SoRF thing, I did see someone post that they got...I think the SoA using Father's Sword. And I think someone got the comg using it on evil. So the SoRF rumor may not be true |

I believe it can do up to 180HP damage with a critical hit. :) |

I hear that neopets changed this...plus I used fathers sword when I beat normal the other day, and I didn't get more than 100 dmg |

Well, I think The neopets team has change the use of father's sword. I used it a few weeks ago against KT2, but only damage around 100 only, even in evil, so I recommend SOA now instead. I dont like it as much as I've heard of. And Yes for the father of spirit does appears everytime damage against KT2, but only him only. let me know if the FS did more damage in Insane difficulty, if not I would not use it again. |

I tried using FS on normal and maxed out crit and did not put any into dmg increase: Got Scuzzy's comb and Rohane's Critical hit for 88!! I was using Rohane to focus+taunt and Mipsy and Taliknia to attack. So if your using focus+taunt, use FS. On normal I got criticals of 70 using SoA on average, and Rohane otherwise did horrible dmg.!! |

I used FS on Evil about two months ago and got Ramptor's Spell Book. I'm playing Insane now and intend to use FS against KT2, so I'll let you know which prize I get since this is my first run thru on Insane. |
