What is your favourite technique?
I was wondering what everyones favourite technique was and why? Mine is side kick, because of the versitility of the kick, front leg or back leg. |

Twisting turning kick - because you can catch people off guard in sparring!

I like the technique where Richy gets a little stone between his toes and flicks it in your eye while you are sparring!!!!!

it has to be the left jab its the most used and most effective, i also like the face block which i demonstrate on the home page, against Richy's foot

i think Lee can remember the original master it came from he went to school with him in 1904
