SteelBands get their Prize Money at Last
Well after waiting 10 months the steelbands collected their cheques from the New minister of Culture,and was given the assurance that they would not have to wait that long come Panorama 2007.With just two months to go before Carnival lets see what is going to happen, the struggle continues for better management of Carnival.
