The use of a 4 or 6:1 balun accounts for some of the design measurement differences. A 4:1 balun seems more common so if you use one where a 6 is required, you still will get a match of 1.5:1. What I would do is cut each leg of the antenna longer than required and fold it back on itself. You could then lengthen or shorten the leg to match using the balun being used
