I haven't found the equations for calculating the angle or length of the 4 base emitters stemming from the one vertical main of an omnidirectional which I'm rebuilding (from years of neglect). Could you help leed me in the right direction. I had built one many years ago but have since lost all the paperwork and have had no luck on the net, it seems most are using J-poles now. I still like the ol sputnik look and have since forgotten what the specific antenna type is correctly called. I call it a quad-base vertical omnidirectional. Help, please? |
