there is a greater purpose to this fast settlement. Two perspective suitors are on the sidelines with $1.2 billion cash in their hip pockets saying that unless the labour dispute is ended, they are not discussing further or laying out the cashola. Mr. Keegan is very desperate to apply the $1.2 billion to pay down 1/5th of the debt. I worry that once cash flow and profit of eng. prod. is removed, what happens to tire division next? |
