I don't think this picture is showing any ecotplasm, it really only seems to be a mist. It is possible that as it had been raining earlier that this is a natural phenomenen that occurs if the grounds tempreture is warmer.

It would not appear in the second photo as this was taken at a different angle and height to the first one.
