recently went to a party the house was right across from a cementary i took alot of pics when i went to look at them they had all kinds of white spots on them my sister said that they were called orbs it was the f irst time i had heard of them and it really scared me what are they are they really ghost

No one knows for sure what they are but the common view is that they are entities from the sprit world, yes.

I'm still learning about this vast topic myself and trying to work out the whats and hows...

but they are definately from another world or place of that I am 100% positive.

Dont be afraid of them though... They are most likely a positive force, and should be approached as such...
